Shipping

Customers usually receive their orders within 3-7 business days after they have placed the order.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duty that may be levied upon their order. If you have any questions about the expected delivery period for your address, please contact us at zeracustoms@gmail.com or +917982726006.

Items are delivered within 15-18 Days.

Warranty

We provide 3 months warranty on all our products from the date of invoice, this includes any manufacturing defect or workmanship error. Physical damage, wear & tear issues would not come under warranty.

Cancellations

For cancellations, please contact us via email (zeracustoms@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (7982726006). All cancellation requests must be received before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you can request for a refund or replacement based on our refund/exchange policy.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We have a very transparent exchange & refund process:

• We will provide free exchange in case there is any workmanship or manufacturing defect
• All exchange or refunds must be sought for within 7 days of receiving the order
• Please submit return form to request for a refund or exchange, all requests will be approved within 24 business hours of receipt of request
• Once we have received the product(s) back and have verified its packaging/condition, refund or exchange will be initiated within 72 hours of receipt of return

Please find below scenarios in which we process refund or exchange:

• Customer placed order for wrong product: If you have placed wrong product in an error or by mistake, we do understand, mistakes happen. In such a scenario, we can exchange the product at a cost of Rs. 150, which you will pay at the time of delivery to the courier person (it will be sent as COD for Rs. 150) when you would receive the new product. Our team will arrange for reverse pickup from your address. Please fill this form for us to process your exchange.

• Customer did not like the quality of the product: If you are not satisfied with the product quality, please fill this form and our team will revert to you within 24 business hours with a resolution. We will only be able to offer refund or exchange in case of any manufacturing defect or workmanship error. All our products are RoHs and TuV certified.

• Customer did not like design ordered: If you are not satisfied with the design you ordered and would like to exchange with a new product, we can exchange the product at a cost of Rs. 150, which you will pay at the time of delivery to the courier person (it will be sent as COD for Rs. 150) when you would receive the new product. Our team will arrange for reverse pickup from your address. Please fill form for us to process your exchange. Please fill this form and our team will revert to you within 24 business hours with a resolution. We will only be able to offer refund or exchange in case of any manufacturing defect or workmanship error.

• There will be no charge for replacement if you did not like the quality of the design and would like a replacement. Please fill up this form and our team will revert to you within 24 business hours.

All our products are RoHs and TuV certified.

For COD refunds, please furnish your bank details for us to process the refund, these details must be submitted in the return form:

• Order Number
• Beneficiary Name (as per Bank)
• Bank Account Number
• Bank Name
• Branch
• IFSC

The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 3-4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
