Cancellation
We only allow cancellation if the product is not taken to production yet.
Order should be cancelled or replaced within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order is manufactured, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.
Refund/Exchange
We only accept exchange request if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. You will have to send us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free and we will send the replacement of the same product in 48 Hours.
If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, the refund will be processed from our end within 7 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 3-5 business days.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or broken during transit, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
Eligibility for Exchange
1. Damaged/Defective Products:
• If your product arrives in a damaged or unusable condition, contact us at help@zeracustoms.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Unboxing video is must for any type of claim.
2. Original Packaging:
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all contents, in perfect resellable condition.
3. Verification Process:
• In some cases, you may be required to submit a screenshot of your phone model name for processing the exchange.
If the product is not available for replacement due to stock unavailability, we will issue a refund.
Non-Eligible Conditions
• Incorrect size, design, or model selected by the customer at checkout.
• Items not in original condition, with missing parts, or damaged due to customer error.
• Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to:

3. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit.
Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
Shipping Costs for Returns
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Replacement Policy
1. If the wrong product is delivered, a replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Replacements are shipped within 48 hours of approval.
3. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
4. Once a replacement is issued, it cannot be returned or replaced again.
Additional Notes
• For claims regarding missing packages, Proof of Delivery (POD) is required.
• If the product fails quality assurance checks, we reserve the right to decline the exchange or replacement.
